BS-0001 Acetoxy silicone sealants production line is the complete line for acetoxy silicone sealants from raw materials to the ready for use finish products. This line is usually provided for those customers who want to build a silicone plant as a TURNKEY project. This turnkey project will consist of the following 5 parts:

1.       All the necessary machines, equipments, accessory machines and materials to build a complete production line(or a silicone production plant). We can provide different production capacities (from 50 metric tons to 500 metric tons per month.) for your options. You can choose the suitable capacity upon your demands.

2.       We’ll send technicians to your factory to direct you to install the production line, and testing run the line till it’s ready for production.

3.       We’ll send 1 silicone sealants production engineer to your factory to handle the testing production to the line till the qualified silicone sealants come out from the line.

4.       We’ll provide you 1 production formula for general purpose acetoxy silicone sealant for free of charge. For extra production formulas, you’ll be requested to pay for the agreed technology transfer fees to us.

5.       Our technicians and engineers will provide free of charge training services to your workers for the prouduction line operations and production techniques till your worker can master the skills for the management of the plant.
