It consists of a Hydraulic pressure extruding unit, an automatic cartridge conveying system, an automatic plunger feeding system, an automatic plunger injector.
It can be operated by only 1 worker.After manual loading of cartridge and plungers, BS-1009 will be automatically filling the sealant and inserting the plunger. The filling volume and filling depth of the plungers are controlled by imported PLC.
