Brief introduction
BS-3007 Sausage silicone filling machine is a full automatic one consists of silicone filling pump, aluminum foil convey machine, heat sealing machine and 2-cards clinching machine. It’s suitable for automatic packing of silicone sealants, PU sealant, and other paste chemical materials.
The whole packing procedures are controlled by PLC, the whole process are automatically operated, and no need for human intervention. 1 worker can directly pack the finish silicone sausages into the paper cartons. Time relay is used to control filling time, so the filling weight is very accurate. The average error rate is only ±1g. This machine is comparatively very low cost. It's a favorable choice for most of small silicone manufacturers and pure silicone filling factories.
