BS-3004 Aluminum foil sausage silicone filling machine is a complex set of silicone filling pump, aluminum foil convey machine, heat sealing machine and 2-cards clinching machine. It’s the latest automated silicone sausage packing equipment, and it’s proper for automatic packing of silicone sealants, PU sealant, and other paste chemical materials.
The whole packing procedures from silicone filling, sausage heat sealing, to tail card clinching are controlled by PLC, the whole process are automatically operated, and without human intervention. 1 worker can directly pack the finish silicone sausages into the paper cartons. Time relay is used to control filling time, so the filling weight is very accurate. The average error rate is only ±2g. This machine can improve production efficiency, reducing production costs.
