Brief introduction

The machine is mainly used to fill and tail seal of aluminum packing container of silicone sealant product at constant volume. But the machine can be designed as plastic packing container in the form of plastic hose fro silicone sealant products according to the requirement of the user.

Structural feature

It is designed in plunger filling manner, which ensures accurate filling (adjustable without limit), and the measurement error is less than 1%. During filling, the bottom of plastic hose is lifted to the feeding nozzle, and it drops as the same time, so the bubbles in the material are minimized. Pneumatic switching valve is fitted on the feeding nozzle, if it is switched, no material will drop out of the nozzle. Inert gas filling device is also fitted on the feeding nozzle, which solved the common problem of silking and tailing during filling, meanwhile, it avoided solidification during filling and storage. The machine is in stepless speed regulation and performs double way folding, resulting in pretty tail; it features easy operation, lineal completion of filling, sealing and printing, pragmatic and reliable for use.
